- Toll-free number for reporting injuries – 24 hours a day / 7 days a week
- Immediate referral of the patient to the appropriate provider
- Telephonic and On-Site case management by experienced registered nurses
- Coordination of Return-to-Work programs with providers and members
- Claims adjusters dedicated to public entity claims adjusting only
- Defense Counsel specializing in Title 34 and 59
